Purpose

The ISE Instructor Evaluation is a verification process by two ISE Instructor Trainers evaluating that the candidate meets the requirements set by ISE to teach and represent ISE to the best of his/her abilities, being a prime example for the best training offered, and the best ethical way of conducting training.

An instructor candidate will require the signatures of two ISE Instructor Trainers in order to be an ISE instructor for the desired rating. This can be done by getting one signature at a time or can be done by organizing for two ISE Instructor Trainers to be present. Instructor candidates have to understand that either way do not represent any shortcuts in becoming an ISE instructor.
